The second chapter of high-end wired earphones
Chapter 2 is a pure audio earphone rebuilt with further refinements to the popular NX1 series. It features an updated proprietary φ10mm full-range single driver, housed in a triple-chamber magnesium casing with dual ETL HDSS. Furthermore, the ability to change nozzles and the adoption of 2-pin connection terminals for re-cabling make it even more customizable.

Equipped with new driver“NUARL DRIVER”[N10]v5X²
By increasing the material hardness of the ø10mm carbon nanotube composite diaphragm, disturbances in frequency characteristics that occur at ultra-high frequencies are improved. Combined with a voice coil using 7N grade OCC (Ohno Continuous Casting) high-purity oxygen-free copper wire and a powerful dual neodymium magnet magnetic circuit, it produces high-definition sound.

Magnesium alloy housing
The housing adopts a magnesium alloy, which is lightweight yet highly rigid and produces minimal material-induced noise. 5-axis CNC machining allows for complex curves that cannot be achieved by casting or forging, suppressing internal resonance while also providing a unique, easy-to-hold design.

Thorough commitment to sound quality
Adopts HDSS, a patented technology from T.B.I. in the USA. By incorporating one 3rd generation ETL (Embedded Transmission Line) acoustic module each for high and low frequencies, it reproduces clear, three-dimensional sound across the entire band. Brass is used for the nozzle material to disperse resonance points. Japanese 20% silver-containing Pb-free SnAgCu (tin-silver-copper) solder is used for wiring and cable connections. All products undergo 100 hours of aging to stabilize their characteristics before shipment.

Selectable localization and volume
Newly adopts the Interchangeable Nozzle specification, a common standard for NUARL wired earphones. Two types of two-stage sound adjustment nozzles, long and short, are included, allowing you to select the amount of bass below 500Hz and the localization of the sound.

Same grade cable as higher-end models
The included cable uses φ0.6mm 7x7 core silver-plated copper wire, the same as the higher-end "Overture" model. The highly reliable straight plug, compatible with 4.4mm balanced connections, prevents disconnections due to subtle vibrations and is ideal for use when carrying a music player.

NUARL's first 2-pin re-cabling compatible model
The earphone's cable connection terminal is newly adopted with an IEM 2-pin (0.78mm) compatible connector. Various types of commercially available cables can also be used.

Extensive accessories
Two types of ear tips of different lengths are included: "Block Ear+6n" and "Block Ear+7," which combine wearing comfort and sound insulation. A semi-hard round earphone case for convenient carrying is also included.

FAQ
How do I attach the sound tube?
First, remove the gold nozzle hole cap (dust cover) at the tip of the earphone by turning it counter-clockwise. Then, remove your preferred sound adjustment nozzle from its holder by turning it counter-clockwise in the same way, and screw it clockwise onto the earphone. Please ensure it is firmly attached all the way to prevent the nozzle from coming off during use.
The base of the sound tube has a colored band. What does it mean?
The sound adjustment nozzles are designed to tune only the bass frequencies below 500Hz. When orange (O) is used as the reference color band, green (G) indicates an adjustment where the bass range is boosted by +8dB.
There are two colors of sound tube (gold and silver). What's the difference?
The silver sound tube is slightly less than 1mm shorter than the gold sound tube. Both are made of the same brass and do not change the sound quality itself, but they can change the localization of the sound image to be in-focus or out-of-focus.
What's the difference between the included ear tips?
Both Block Ear+7 and Block Ear+6N are silicone ear tips, and their lengths differ by 1mm. Please choose according to your preference for fit and sound insulation.
How do I tell the left and right earphones apart?
"L" and "R" are engraved on the inside (the side that touches your ear) at the base of the earphone's 2-pin jack.
How do I wear the earphones on my ears?
First, wrap the cable from behind your ear to the front, then insert the ear tip part into your ear canal for stability.
Can commercially available ear tips be used?
At present, we have not confirmed the compatibility of third-party ear tips.
Can commercially available re-cable earphone cables be used?
In principle, earphone cables with IEM 2-pin (0.78mm pitch) connections can be connected, but we do not guarantee compatibility with other companies' products.
Regarding 2-pin terminal connection.
To correctly connect the included cable, align the "L, R" markings at the cable tip with the "L, R" markings on the earphone body. When detaching, pull straight out without twisting the connector or pulling on the cable itself.
